1. kapalabathi

It also helps prevent hair loss by reducing stress and anxiety. Method: Sit with your feet flat on flat ground. Keep your back straight and close your eyes. Lower the right palm to the right knee and the left palm to the left knee. Now use all your energy and breathe to get inside the stomach and then exhale. There is no force experiment when taking in a breath. Let the inhalation be instinctive after each breath. These breathing exercises help cleanse the toxins from the body, meaning the entire head or face region, thus promoting better oxygen supply and reducing free radicals, enabling hair growth. Moreover, it helps reduce stress and anxiety, which are also contributing factors to hair fall.

2.Balasana

It also helps prevent hair loss by reducing stress and anxiety. Method: Sit with your feet flat on flat ground. Keep your back straight and close your eyes. 3. Sirsasana

Popularly known as the Headstand, it is tough to master this pose but once you do, it can help you in many ways. Also known as a headstand, the head scalp improves blood circulation, reduces hair loss, prevents thinning, and protects against baldness. Procedure: Kneel, interlock your fingers and place them behind your head. Now, bend down and touch your forehead to the ground. Support your head with your interlocked hands, gently lift your legs. Keep your foot and arm straight. Once your body is in this posture, try balancing for a few seconds. Sirsasana improves blood circulation in the scalp which helps in reducing hair loss, thinning of hair, and balding. This asana helps in new hair growth and prevents grey hair. It helps the hair follicles to reach their maximum growth capacity and thus improves hair growth.

4. Vajrasana

Vajrasana is simple but powerful enough. It directly addresses stomach problems, thereby helping the body to absorb the nutrients it needs. Method of doing: Sit up straight first. Sit with both legs straight forward and back. Now take the right leg back. Take the left-back. Add two heels to the side of the anus to keep the two heels from coming. Add two knees. The spine should be straight. The vision should also be straight. Two hands can be placed on a meditation mudra or chin mudra or two knees. Then slowly take the left leg in front of the right and rest your hands behind the floor. It deals directly with stomach-related issues, which you may or may believe, have a large part to play as far as hair loss goes.  Vajrasana helps relieve and cure a lot of these issues and it also helps digest your food better. This is beneficial to hair growth as nutrients are absorbed by the body better.

5. Uttanasana

Uttanasana or the camel pose is an effective yoga asana that takes some time to master. This yoga pose stretches as well as relaxes muscles and it also increases the oxygen levels and blood flow to the head.   It enables the hair follicles to be strong and your hair grows long. Uttanasana improves hair quality but also makes it flawless and shinier.
