4.Clove

This sweet and aromatic spice is high in antioxidants and packed with important nutrients. It is commonly known as the winter spice, clove is another ingredient that has incredible abilities. Cloves may have other benefits, including supporting liver health and helping stabilize blood sugar levels. We can use cloves in different gravies and also we include them in making tea or flavored hot water.

It can also help keep cholesterol levels in check. You can mix a teaspoon of the powder in a glass of warm water with some honey and have it before meals.

7.Honey

The benefit of consuming honey cannot be repeated. , particularly during the changing seasons.
